We are thrilled to announce our LEAP in Faith program is back again this year! We had a fantastic turnout last March and can't wait to do it again!
This year's focus will be "tackling sports anxiety, fear and self-doubt through a biblical lens." Softball is a challenging sport mentally and physically, so we created this focus for the softball players who sometimes let doubt and nerves stand in their way. We will tackle the root of anxiety, fear and self doubt and replace the old tapes with new truths. We invite all Lake Effect Athletics athletes to join us as we push physically, mentally, and spiritually past those self-made barriers. The 2- week session will run Saturday, March 22 and 29 from 5-7pm at the Lakehouse. The cost is free, but space will be limited so register today!!!
