Welcome to Lake Effect's new initiative called LE-MNTL (elemental). This will be an ongoing project that aims to help our young athletes and their families with topics and issues that span far beyond the field. Though we do believe in the benefits of these initiatives, the resources, information/content, and activities are all optional and not required by any means. Over the course of this next season, as we steadily roll this out, we look forward to seeing the positive impact these elements can have on the lives of the Lake Effect family!
